Description

The City is seeking proposals to address:
1. The cutting of high grass, weeds and other vegetation.
2. The removal of garbage, trash, and refuse.
3. The removal of snow and ice from the immediate perimeter of occupiedbuildings.
4. Miscellaneous jobs such as boarding up windows and doors.
Timeliness is a major issue for the City. The contractor must agree to perform the work assigned by the Department of Code Enforcement in no more than seven (7) days of receiving the
assignment. Contractors who guarantee faster service will be given better rankings by the City in this RFB process. Failure to respond and complete the work within stated time frames may result
in suspension of any further work being assigned to the contractor
