RFB-1979 - RFB-1979 One New and Unused Tow-Behind Constant Friction Measuring Equipment Tra

It is the intent of Chemung County to purchase One (1) New or Unused Tow-Behind Constant Friction Measuring Equipment Trailer meeting the specifications as set forth herein and the bid to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive unit bid priced.
The CFME shall be a tow-behind trailer unit meeting all FAA specifications listed in AC 150/5320-12C.
The equipment shall meet "Buy American" provisions required by FAA listed here: https://www.faa.gov/airports/aip/buy_american/. The vendor will need to certify that the equipment meets these requirements or that the product was issued a Buy American Waiver under 49 U.S.C. 50101(b) and can be used on AIP Funded Projects.
5-year maintenance costs shall be provided for informational purposes only and not be included as part of the total bid price. Costs shall be broken down to cover annual calibration to factory standards and/or any other manufacturer required maintenance.
