Description

The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver, (F.O.B. the Chemung County Elmira Wastewater
Treatment Facility, 600 Milton Street, Elmira, NY) the polymers required for extraction of water from
sludge by belt filter press operation.

Technical Services: The bid price shall include the cost for in-person professional technical services
and consultations at the Wastewater Facility site upon request by the District for up to ten (10) days per
year.

Contract Term: The Contract terms shall be from the date of the contract execution through December 31st, 2019.

The Contract may be extended for up to one (1) additional year (through December 31st, 2020)
under the same terms and conditions and at the same bid price.
