2. Construction of a new 48” gravity sewer Conveyance System
3. Construction of the Dunn Field Siphon System
a. Construction of the Siphon Entrance Structure
b. Construction of the three siphon barrels crossing the Chemung River
c. Construction of the Siphon Discharge and Transfer Flow Structure
4. Construction of a USACE flood control levee crossing by pipe jacking
5. Demolition of the Lake Street Outfall discharge pipe.
