RFP-1840 - RFP-1840 Supervised Visitation Services

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Chemung, New York Department of Social Services is currently seeking proposals from qualified agencies interested in providing visitation service for a three year term; contract term shall begin with the start of the contract year, January 1, 2016, and expire December 31, 2018. The agreement may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The target population to be served is families with children in out of home placements, in need of supervision and intervention. The applicant agencies will need to be trained in and utilize the model of Visit Coaching, when able.
