RFP-2174 - RFP-2174 Audit of Financial Statements & Medicaid Cost Report - Nursing Facility

Sealed proposals are sought and requested by the County of Chemung for the performance of the following professional contract:
                                               RFP-2174 Audit of Financial Statements and
                         Medicaid Cost Report Certification for the Chemung County Nursing Facility

The County is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants toprepare County Nursing Facility audit and perform Medicaid Cost Report Certification for thefiscal year ending December 31, 2019 plus any approved renewal/extensions. The audit is to beconducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing and generally accepted governmentauditing standards for financial and compliance audits as set out in Government AuditingStandards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the provisions of the Title2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, CostPrinciples, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), as applicable.
