The County wishes to establish a strategic partnership with a qualified broker who will assist the County in the process of developing and administering a program that provides solutions to meet
the following goals:
• Provide a comprehensive, state of the art, insurance program for the County at the most reasonable costs, taking advantage of the most favorable given market conditions;
• Provide aggressive loss control services as well as administrative assistance, as requested, to the County, to ensure the County is in the best financial position possible
• Working as an advocate for the County in the processing and settling of claims
• Maximize financial recoveries in the event of losses
