1)Interior Work:
Demolition of existing partitions / flooring / and masonry to accommodate newoffices, toilet rooms, breakroom, janitor closet, and conference room.
2.Mechanical Construction:
a.The work of this project shall consist of the complete mechanical work. This work shall
include, but not be limited to the following:
1)New HVAC units.
2)New ductwork.
3)Temperature controls4)Balancing of installed systems.
3.Electrical Construction:
a.The work of this project shall consist of the complete electrical work. This work shall include,
but not be limited to the following:
1)Selective demolition of electrical wiring/devices.
2)Wiring.
3)Lighting.
4)Branch circuiting and wiring.
5)Modifications to existing fire alarm system.
