A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the administrative offices of the Elmira Corning Regional Airport (276 Sing Sing Road, Horseheads, New York 14845) on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. The Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
