It is the intent of Chemung County to purchase TWO (2) NEW 2018 MODEL CONTINUOUS FOUR- WHEEL DRIVE ARTICULATING ALL TERRAIN MOWING TRACTORS meeting the specifications set forth herein and to award the bid to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive total gross sum bid for the base units plus any options the County elects to purchase.
