Description

The Croton-Harmon UFSD is requesting proposals for a Food Service Management Consultant. The successful proposer understands and agrees that it shall comply and is responsible for complying
with all applicable Federal, State and local statutes, rules and ordinances, including the New York
State Safe Schools Against Violence in Education (SAVE) legislation. The successful proposer shall
adhere to all requirements and protocols as established by the School District and the State Education
Department of New York. They should also exhibit significant knowledge and experience monitoring
SFAs participating in the National School Lunch Program and all the affiliated waivers associated with
this program. The successful proposer should have familiarity with satellite-type food service
operations. The term of the contract shall be for the 2022-2023 school year with the District's option to
renew for the 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, and 2026/2027 school years.
