Complete sets of the specifications and bid forms may be examined after March 19, 2019 at the Office of the Board of Contract and Supply, City Hall Room 202, Albany, New York 12207 or requested from the City of Albany Board of Contract and Supply website. Electronic copies will also be provided at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. Contractors that obtain bid documents from a source other than BidNet Direct or City Hall must notify the Issuing Office in order to be placed on the official Plan Holders List and receive Addenda and other Bid correspondences. Bids received from Contractors other than those on the official Plan Holders List may not be accepted.

All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope per Article 15 of the Instructions to Bidders. This is a lump sum bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders and Bid Summary Form.
