The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction to restore asphalt roadways with concrete subbase and asphalt top course at various sites throughout the City of Albany. Typical restoration sites include, but are not limited to: hydrant replacements, water service replacements, sewer main repairs, water main repairs, water valve rebuilds or replacements, manhole rebuilds or replacement, catch basin rebuilds or replacements, and sewer lateral and/or water service terminations that were previously completed but only temporarily restored. Typical restoration site is represented by an 8’ x 8’ area.

Bids shall be submitted in triplicate to the City of Albany Office of the Board of Contract and Supply, City Hall Room 202, Albany, New York 12207 .

A Bid shall be submitted no later than the date and time prescribed and at the place indicated in the Notice to Bidders and shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title, the name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents.
