Description

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

Re-grade and re-sod the outfield
Re-grade and reconstruct the infield
Installation of a new automated irrigation system
Install new bleachers, rehab existing built in bleachers
Demolish existing concession stand / storage building
Construction of a new enclosed pavilion / snack bar / ADA compliant restrooms / storage building

Bid Alternate No. 1 includes the following:

A Twenty Thousand Dollar ($20,000) allowance for field and fence repairs.
