The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction to construct a precast concrete weir structure with internal screening system that will be constructed in‐line along the existing 42 RCP storm sewer pipe that runs beneath the sidewalk along South Pearl Street and connects into the existing 60” RCP Gansevoort combined sewer overflow line. Additional work includes associated piping, replacement of catch basins along Third Ave., and restoration.

The Work is to be substantially completed on or before August 6, 2021 and completed and ready for final payment on or before September 4, 2021.
