Description

The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) hereby requests Proposals from
qualified firms or individuals to provide Communications and Marketing services on an
as-needed and non-exclusive basis.
1.2 The ensuing contract for these services will commence in or about April, 2022, and will
terminate on December 31, 2023, with two (2) additional one-year extension periods.
SECTION 2: RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:
2.1 Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via
BidNetDirect.com no later than April 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer chooses to submit
a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal must be received
in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2022-17 Communications and
Marketing Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than 20 pages in length,
please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a flash drive or
compact disc (CD).
