Description

The City of Albany solicits bids for (i) permanent audio/video technology and equipment to updated its Common Council Chamber; and (ii) portable audio/video technology and equipment for use in other areas of City Hall and various City-owned buildings. The scope of this solicitation includes the purchase of equipment and any warranties thereof, only. All City Departments shall be eligible to purchase under this contract, upon budget approval. The City is prepared to make muliple awards from this solicition and expects each bidder to provide a price-per-item listed within the attached bid specifications.
