PLN_2022_02 - Construction of South End Connector Phase II

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to Construction of trail pull off areas and amenities as per contract documents. All work shall be substantially completed by November 18, 2022. All work shall be complete and ready for final payment on May 12, 2023. Substantially complete shall be defined as all work as shown in the contract plans except for the striping/paint, fencing, and plantings. This project is funded in part by the Recreational Trails Program, an assistance program of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration.
