1. The City of Albany (or, the “City”) seeks proposals from organizations and educators to teach educational classes related to the engagement of residential rental markets from the perspectives of landlords and tenants in the City of Albany.

1. The selected Proposer(s) shall work with the Department of Buildings & Regulatory Compliance and other City leaders to recruit attendees, determine teaching formats, and choose any additional topics of education that may be necessary. The City expects selected Proposer(s) to provide services contemplated by this RFP to participants and students of the program in one or multiple of the following locations: selected Proposer(s)’s facilities; online via an audio-visual live-learning platform; or available public spaces located in the City of Albany within a half (1/2) mile of a CDTA bus stop.
