WAT-2024-02 - Feura Bush WTP - Aeration Room Renovation

The General Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other
means of construction for concrete cleaning and repair of aeration tanks; structural repair of concrete
columns and beams; damp-proofing of all walls, ceiling, and tank; specialty coatings on railings,
platforms, and pipes; masonry façade repairs; and coordination with Mechanical and Electrical
Contractors as required.
The Mechanical Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and
other means of construction for replacement of existing exhaust fans, louvers, and associated
controls; and coordination with General and Electrical Contractors as required.
The Electrical Contract includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other
means of construction for replacement of existing power panel and circuits associated with the louver
and exhaust fan replacements by the Mechanical Contractor; and coordination with General and
Mechanical Contractors as required.
