BidNetDirect.com no later than Friday, September 1, 2023 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer
chooses to submit a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal
must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2023-29 – In-
Person Training Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than 20 pages in
length, please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a flash drive
or compact disc (CD).
