Eng 2020 - 8 - Improvement Projects to Mechanical Systems for Various City Owned Buildings

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the mechanical system improvements as shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:
 

1. Albany Fire Department Headquarters – 26 Broad Street
2. Albany Fire Department - Pinebush Station / Albany Police Station 223 Washington Avenue Extension
3. Old Engine #2 – 45 North Lark Street
4. Department of General Services – 1 Richard J. Conners Boulevard
5. Albany Visitors Center / Irish Heritage Museum – 25 Quackenbush Square
