Description

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

The installation of three (3) new basketball courts
Installation of new site lighting, infrastructure and controls. All light fixtures and poles to be provided by the City of Albany.
Installation of a new playground. Work associated with the playground equipment procurement and installation will be paid for under an allowance as described herein.
Installation of new asphalt and concrete sidewalks, benches, bleachers, retaining walls and landscaping.
Site Restoration

Bid Alternate No. 1 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of work as shown on the plans and described in the specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following:

Furnishing and installing a new shade structure.
