The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other
means of construction to establish an access road through Normanskill Farm, restore three
erosion areas, and improve drainage at the site. The access road shall be crushed stone and
will require some clearing. Drainage improvements include the construction of a rip‐rap
channel and multiple culverts.

All work is to be completed 150 days after Contract Times commence.

Electronic copies will also be provided at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. Contractors that obtain bid documents from a source other than BidNet Direct or City Hall must notify the Issuing Office in order to be placed on the official Plan Holders List and receive Addenda and other Bid correspondences. Bids received from Contractors other than those on the official Plan Holders List may not be accepted.
