SECTION 1: PURPOSE
1.1 The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) hereby requests Proposals from
qualified firms or individuals to provide parking and red light ticket collection services on
an as-needed and non-exclusive basis.
1.2 The ensuing contract for these services will commence in or about April, 2022, and will
terminate on December 31, 2024, with two additional one-year extension periods.
SECTION 2: RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:
2.1 Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via
BidNetDirect.com no later than April 8, 2022 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer chooses to submit
a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal must be received
in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2022-15 Parking Ticket and Red
Light Ticket Collection Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than 20 pages
in length, please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a flash drive
or compact disc (CD).
