2021-16 - Policing Reform Community Engagement Consulting Services

The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) hereby requests proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide community engagement services to the City, on a non-exclusive and as-needed basis, as related to the implementation of the City of Albany’s Policing Reform and Reinvention Plan (the “Plan”) and recommendations of the City of Albany Policing Reform and Reinvention Collaborative (the “Collaborative”). The City seeks Proposals from qualified Proposers with experience in at least one of the following categories of consulting services: social media; communications; community outreach; public safety/policing reform; and geographic information systems (GIS). The City expects to contract with multiple Proposers to perform one or more of the aforementioned consulting services.
