he Albany Water Board (hereinafter referred to as the “AWB”) by and through the City of Albany Department of Water and Water Supply (hereinafter referred to as “AWD”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified entities to provide professional engineering services for upgrade of the ultraviolet (UV) disinfection facility at the Loudonville Reservoir. This project is being funded by bonds issued by the Albany Municipal Water Finance Authority.
