Description
It is the intent of the City of Albany to solicit unit priced bids for the production and delivery of fine and coarse aggregates to various locations in the City of Albany for the Department of Water and Water Supply. The bidder shall provide certified copies of all necessary permits, approvals or authorizations and proof of legal ownership for all borrow areas proposed to be used to supply materials required under this contract.
