Bids may be submitted in person or by mail.
The face of the envelope must contain the contract title and the name/return address of the bidder.
BID DOCUMENTS: May be examined on www.albanyny.gov OR www.bidnet.com OR in Room 202, City Hall, 8:30 – 5:00 pm.
BID DEPOSIT: A Bid Deposit of either 5% of the amount of the total bid or five thousand dollars ($5,000) is required. Submit a certified check or bank draft made payable to Treasurer, City of Albany. A bid bond is acceptable.
NOTE: If the bid deposit is not submitted with the bid, the bid will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered.
PREVAILING WAGE RATE The successful bidder must comply with Sections 220-
AND LIVING WAGE RATE: 223 of the New York State Labor Law and/or section 42-161 of the Code of the City of Albany pertaining to the Albany Living Wage Ordinance.
