REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR THE PROVISION OF
CABLE TELEVISION PUBLIC ACCESS
COORDINATOR SERVICES
The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), by and through its Public,
Education and Government Access Oversight Board (“PEGAOB”), hereby requests
proposals from qualified entities to provide cable television public access coordinator
services in its studio which is located in the Albany Public Library, 161 Washington
Avenue, Albany, New York 12210. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business
Enterprises are encouraged to submit Proposals.
1.2 This is the City’s third RFP for these services. This RFP is structured differently than the
previous two RFPs in that the City is requesting Proposers to submit the Proposal form
found on page 3 of this RFP, following the submission instructions on the form. The City
expects there to be an interview process following the closing date of this RFP.
