RFP 2023-25 - STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

 1.1The City of Albany hereby requests proposals from qualified engineers and engineer firms to 
provide professional structural engineering services relative to the emergency evaluation of 
publically and / or privately owned buildings / structures for structural stability and outlining 
emergency remediation recommendations to the Department of Buildings and Regulatory 
Compliance. Minority Business Enterprises and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to 
submit proposals. 

 

1.2 The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence in or about the 
Effective Date, and will terminate one year from the Effective Date, with two (2) one-year (1) 
extension periods.
