TThe work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

STREET AND SIDEWALK WORK

Roadway Resurfacing
New Sidewalk and granite curbing
Installation of new roadway signage and striping
Installation of landscaping, street trees and other street amenities
Maintenance and protection of traffic.
Site restoration

WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENT

Removal and replacement of lead water services with new copper tubing from the roadway watermain connection in the basement of private homes.
Temporary street and sidewalk restoration.
Maintenance and protection of traffic.
Site restoration

Work sequencing will require that all water service replacement work is completed prior to the start of any street and sidewalk work.
