The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

Cold milling of existing asphalt pavement
Resurfacing of thirteen (13) City street locations
Resurfacing of two (2) miscellaneous City work locations
Sidewalk construction at (1) City park location
Replacement/resetting of granite curbing
Construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps
Striping and sign installation
Installation of drainage structures and pipe
Tree removal and replacement
Maintenance and protection of traffic
All related site restoration work.

All work shall be 100% completed by September 14, 2019
