DGS-003 - Street Sweeper Parts, Maintenance & Repair

It is the intent of the City of Albany to solicit bids for replacement OEM or equivalent parts, maintenance, and repairs of the City’s Elgin P Series Street Sweepers.  Five units are included under this contract (number of units covered under this contract is subject to change at City’s discretion). Actual quantities may vary and vendor shall honor the unit prices of the bid.  The City reserves the right to place orders for parts on an as-needed basis and reserves the right to increase or decrease estimated quantities as necessary.  Vendor shall apply the discount indicated to any other parts ordered under the scope of this bid.
