1. The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Surveying and Public Interest services. Minority Business Enterprises and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit Proposals.

1. The City seeks to contract with a Surveying and Public Interest firm to engage with and survey the public on the issues surrounding the 2021 Federal Stimulus Funding. The City seeks a firm with a proven track record and methodology for identifying focus groups among residents to get a sense of how residents have been coping through the COVID-19 pandemic and to assess residents’ most pressing needs and priorities.
