SECTION 1: PURPOSE
The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified
firms or individuals to provide Technical Coordinator services for the CITY’s Office of Cultural
Affairs on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis.
SECTION 2: RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:
2.1 Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via
BidNetDirect.com no later than January 27, 2023 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer chooses to
submit a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal must be
received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2022-44 Technical
Coordinator Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than 20 pages in length,
please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a flash drive or
compact disc (CD).
