RFP 2022-01 - THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL DIRECTOR SERVICES

The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified entities to provide Medical Director services. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit Proposals.
Proposers may submit their Proposals either by electronic submission via BidNetDirect.com, by mail, or physical delivery no later than January 27, 2022 at 2:00 pm. If submitting by mail or physical delivery, four (4) copies of the Proposal must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2022-XX Medical Director Services” no later than January 27, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the following address: Laura M. Assistant Corporation Counsel City Hall - Room 106 24 Eagle Street Albany, New York 12207 2.2 Each Proposal submitted will be the document upon which the City will make its initial judgment regarding each Proposer's qualifications, methodology, and ability to provide the requested services.
