Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City Hall Room 202, Albany, New
York 12207 until 12:00 p.m. on June 4, 2024. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:30 p.m.
The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means
of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and
described in these specifications.
All work for this project shall be substantially complete by December 1, 2025 and completed and ready
for final payment by December 31, 2025.
Complete sets of the drawings, specifications and bid forms may be examined after May 7, 2024 at the
Offices of the Board of Contract and Supply, City Hall Room 202, Albany, New York 12207. Copies
may be obtained upon a refundable deposit of $25.00 in the form of a check made payable to the City
of Albany and a non-refundable handling charge of $5.00. Checks shall be made payable to the City
