SECTION 1: PURPOSE
1.1 The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) hereby requests Proposals from
qualified firms or individuals to provide Unemployment Insurance Cost-Saving Services
on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis.
1.2 The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence in or
about Effective Date, and will terminate on June 30, 2024, with three (3) one-year (1)
extension periods.
SECTION 2: RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:
2.1 Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via
BidNetDirect.com no later than Friday May 19, 2023 at 2:00 pm. If a Proposer chooses
to submit a Proposal by mail or hand delivery, then four (4) copies of the Proposal must be
received in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed – RFP 2023-21 - Unemployment
Insurance Cost-Saving Services” at the address below. If a Proposal is more than 20 pages
in length, please include an electronic version of the Proposal, for example, on a flash drive
or compact disc (CD).
