Summary of Specifications:
• The Base Bid includes the construction of new skatepark elements to transform the existing tennis courts into a new skatepark located in Washington Park, Albany, New York. Base bid will also include a $2,500.00 allowance to cover the cost of a sign(s) as outlined in the Allowance section in Division 1 – General Requirements.

• Bid Alternate No. 1 includes the installation of a “ledge” at the top of the bank at the southern portion of the new park. All work associated with the installation of the ledge will be included under Bid Alternate No. 1.

• Bid Alternate No. 2 includes the installation of a “roller” at the northern portion of the new park. All work associated with the installation of the roller will be included under Bid Alternate No. 2.
