Summary of Specifications:
The work site is located on Bridge Avenue between NYS 787 and 1st Street and Ontario Street between NYS 787 and Linden Street. 

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Complete removal of existing superstructure and substructure, installation of new concrete substructures, and steel multi-girder superstructure, roadway reconstruction and widening.
