ITB-03-05-05 - Demolition Group F & G

Summary of Specifications:
Demolition services for various buildings listed as Group F & G. Bids will be received at the Cohoes City Clerk's Office at 97 Mohawk St. Cohoes NY 12047 until 11:00 AM on March 21, 2005. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bid specifications will be available on March 7, 2005 and may be picked up at the City Clerk's Office, same address. A refundable deposit of $50 shall be paid for each set of documents obtained. A non-refundable deposit of $15 will be made by separate check to cover shipping and handling charges if Bid Documents are to be sent to the prospective Bidder. For FedEx delivery please provide label and packaging. The $50 deposit will be returned to those bidders and non bidders returning the documents unmarked within 30 days of their bid submission.
