Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cohoes NY is soliciting bids for the purchase and/or lease/purchase of an tower ladder truck for the Cohoes Fire Department. Specifications and Contracts are subject to applicable New York State Law including Section 103 of the General Municipal Law. Bid packages are available at the City Clerk's Office, Cohoes City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street, Cohoes, NY 12047. Bids will be received by the Cohoes City Clerk at 97 Mohawk Street, Cohoes, New York, 12047, until 10:30 AM, Wednesday, November 26, 2003, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud with the contract being awarded upon review by the Board of Managers as soon as practicable thereafter. Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the City of Cohoes City Clerk, City Hall, 97 Mohawk Street, Cohoes, New York, 12047 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
