Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingston is seeking to retain a Plaster Fabrication Firm(s) or individual to provide design, fabrication and installation of 2 decorative plaster lunettes for this locally funded project located at Kingston City Hall, 420 Broadway, City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York. The Project is the design, fabrication, and installation of two plaster lunettes to be installed in the Council Chamber at City Hall.

The City of Kingston, New York is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified independent firms to provide professional plaster crafting services; you are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms outlined in the RFP Specification.
