RFBK21-07 - City of Kingston Pedestrian Safety Action Plan

The Owner is the City of Kingston. The project includes seven (7) intersections in the City of Kingston, New York. The intersections include Joy’s Lane and Municipal Stadium Road, Broadway and Andrew Street, Broadway and Delaware Avenue, Broadway at Yosman Towers, North Front Street and Crown Street, Albany Avenue and Maiden Lane, Broadway and McEntee Street. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, installation of new drainage structures, minor modification to existing drainage structures, installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons, installation of curb extensions at three of the intersections, upgrades to existing pedestrian signal facilities and signing and striping.
