Summary of Specifications:
The City of Kingston has a need to house some of the canines that are found to be strays throughout the Municipality. The Municipality requires a contractor to fulfill the “Dog Control Officer” functions as outlined in the New York State Agriculture and Markets Regulations, Article 7. The City of Kingston is seeking the services of a professional Dog Control Contractor to perform the functions of a Municipal Dog Control Officer.
