RFP-K16-05 - Employee Health Benefits Brokerage and Consulting Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Kingston hereby requests proposals from qualified brokerage and consulting firms to provide employee health benefits consulting services to the City. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. The City employs approximately 300 full-time employees and 286 retirees for whom the City provides insurance benefits. Due to the rising cost of employee benefits and the complexities associated with the management and administration of these benefits.
