RFPK19-05 - Franklin Street - Complete Streets Design

The City of Kingston, NY (“City”) as Contractor to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (“DEC”, “Grantor”) is seeking an interdisciplinary Consultant or team of Consultants (“Consultant”) to provide contractual services for site reconnaissance, design, engineering, permitting, and construction inspection for construction of new sidewalks, bicycle infrastructure, signage, and crosswalks along the entire length of Franklin Street in Kingston, NY.

The City of Kingston, New York is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified independent firms to provide professional engineering services; you are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms outlined in the RFP.
