RFBK22-12 - Midtown Parking Lots Project

Sealed bids for Contract No. RFBK 22-12, Midtown Parking Lots Project, City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York, are sought and requested as set forth in specifications prepared by The Office of the City Engineer, City of Kingston, City Hall, 420 Broadway, Kingston, New York 12401. This project is for the improvement of three parking lots, located at 658 Broadway, 13 Thomas Street, and 476 Broadway, under the New York Green Innovation Grant Program (GIGP) and an Engineering Planning Grant (EPG). This work includes installation of green infrastructure practices and related parking lot improvements such as geometric improvements, overlay or mill and inlay of existing pavement, full-depth pavement reconstruction, regrading, drainage improvements, curbing, multi-use trail, sidewalks, fencing, pavement markings and signs. One existing parking lot will revise the existing traffic pattern by extending a road (Fashion Lane), bisecting the existing lot.
