The City of New Rochelle, New York (City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the City's financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2023, 2024 and 2025, with the City's option to renew the contract annually for each of the two (2) subsequent fiscal years thereafter. These audits are to be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) Government Auditing Standards; the provisions of the Federal Uniform Guidance and Part 43 of the New York State Codification of Rules and Regulations (43 NYCRR) that are applicable to the transportation assistance programs offered by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT).
